It can cause severe mental health risks like anxiety, distress and cause a traumatic situation for them. The World Health Organization suggests that family members regularly check on seniors living within the home and nursing facilities.
Join The Greater Las Vegas Chapter in conjunction with the Martin Luther King Jr. Senior Center and Better America for Tomorrow as we present "YOU Matter" on April 11 at 10:00 a.m. PST. with guest speaker Mrs. TrinaMarie Shaw, USOA Mrs. Nevada 2022, for a conversation with seniors about the pandemic and other stressors and how journaling is a healthy way to express those emotions.
